Access is provided through our online learning platform, which may be hosted via third-party providers.

We are not liable for any delays, failures, or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to: natural disasters, illness, travel disruption, platform outages, video playback errors, internet failures, government restrictions, or scheduled maintenance by third-party providers.

While we aim for uninterrupted access to our digital services, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access promptly but are not responsible for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

Branding & Attribution

We encourage clients to share that they’ve worked with us or completed our training — and you're welcome to mention Excel M8, use our logo, or credit the course in your internal or external communications. However, you must always ensure proper attribution is made, and you may not present our content, designs, documents, or visuals as your own.

Use of our logo or brand assets must not imply co-creation, ownership, or authorship of materials unless explicitly agreed in writing. White-labelling, rebranding, or embedding our content into your own offerings without permission is strictly prohibited.

Marketing & Testimonials

By working with us, you grant permission for us to list you (or your organisation) as a client in our marketing materials. This may include use of your name, logo, testimonial, and anonymised results across our website, proposals, presentations, and promotional content. Client Behaviour

User Conduct

Users must not engage in abusive, harassing, or disruptive behaviour in forums, training sessions, or communication channels.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in cases of misconduct.

Client Responsibilities (Corporate Clients Only)

Clients must provide timely access to tools, stakeholders, and information necessary for delivering agreed work. Delays caused by the client may impact agreed timelines.

Fair Usage & Support Boundaries

Support is limited to the scope of the purchased product or service.

Excessive support requests outside the scope of the agreed service (including communication via email, Slack, or WhatsApp) may be declined or incur additional charges.
